2. Eligibility & Jurisdiction

AIFinBotX does not offer services in jurisdictions where access to, holding of, or participation in digital assets is prohibited or restricted. This includes, without limitation, users located in, resident of, or accessing the Site from any sanctioned country or region, and any jurisdiction where digital-asset activities require a licence AIFinBotX does not hold. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of the Site and any participation in the ecosystem complies with the laws applicable to you.

3. Token Participation Restrictions

The AFBX token is a utility token intended for use within the AIFinBotX ecosystem. It is not offered or sold as a security, investment contract, or financial product. Access to token utility, staking programs, and related features may be restricted, suspended, or withdrawn in certain jurisdictions or for specific users at the sole discretion of AIFinBotX to comply with applicable law. Users in restricted jurisdictions must not acquire, hold, or interact with AFBX through the Site.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset, or a recommendation of any strategy. Content is provided for general information only. You should conduct your own research and consult independent, qualified professionals before making any decision related to digital assets. AIFinBotX does not act as your broker, adviser, fiduciary, or agent.

5. No Guarantees

AIFinBotX makes no guarantee of, and expressly disclaims, any promise of profit, yield, return, price appreciation, token liquidity, exchange listing, staking reward, buyback, burn, or continued availability of any product, feature, integration, or roadmap item. All ecosystem features, mechanics, and timelines are subject to change, delay, or discontinuation without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our infrastructure, smart contracts, or other users. You will not use the Site for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, logos, trademarks, and content on the Site are owned by AIFinBotX unless otherwise noted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIFinBotX, its affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, tokens, or digital assets arising from use of the Site, participation in the ecosystem, smart-contract interaction, or reliance on any content.
